Last week in the Moheak studio, LinA In LA got explosive with four feisty young chicks (ages 13-16!!) making lots of noise on the rock circuit: Cherri Bomb. Make no mistake, these young ladies are no cheap Runaways rip, they’ve been making a name for themselves touring some of the best European music festivals around the world and opening for the likes of the Foo Fighters and Smashing Pumpkins to boot.
Former Hole and Mötley Crüe drummer Samantha Maloney (and the band manager) joined them in the studio and loads of girl-powered fun was had by all! Pegged by AP Magazine as one of the bands you need to know in 2012, the girls had lots to share about how they got into music so young, their touring adventures and creating their debut album, This is the End of Control, slated for release on May 15th. PLUS, they played two tracks live acoustic!
